Where do I write my engraving message?
Engraving is available for all of our models (sunglasses and watches). To add engraving simply choose the "With Engraving" option on the product page. When the engraving is chosen a text box will pop out for you to provide your engraving message. The engraving limit for our sunglasses is 8 characters. Watches can have up to 10 words. Only the following symbols can be engraved (Feel free to copy/paste): ♥ ♡ ∞ . Contact our customer support team if you have more questions. Happy to help!
I need to change something on my order, what can I do?
Please contact us right away! Our orders are processed quickly to ensure that everyone receives their packages on time. We will do our absolute best to adjust your order, but please note that we cannot guarantee any changes.
What kind of leather do you use on the leather bands?
We keep our adventurous and busy-bee customers in mind - so we use high quality soft genuine leather for everyday wear.
Are your watches water proof?
We like to say our watches are “splash safe” - from washing your hands to a little sprinkle on those rainy days. But our watches are not designed to be completely submerged under water. So take note to remove your watch when taking showers or taking a dip in the ocean!
What type of movement does Woodnery watches come with?
Our customers deserve high quality watch parts! Woodnery watches are equipped with the Japanese Miyota Quartz Movement - built to last!
What is the longest band size for your watches? What is the smallest size?
The largest size is 8 and 3/4 inches and the smallest size is 7 inches. It fits most of the wrist sizes. For wooden band watches, we do sell extra links for $10 per extra link if needed. If it is too big, you can find a watch smith to take some links out easily to fit you the best.
Will I get a shipping confirmation once my order is shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order is ready to be sent out to play with you! If you don’t see movement when you check your tracking number, please give it an extra 24-48 hours. From our experience, at times our San Francisco post offices do not register tracking immediately.
How long will it take for my order to arrive for US domestic orders?
Standard Shipping: 4-6 working days
Express Shipping: 3 working days
These are estimated times and depend on USPS and after dispatch of warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated after providing your shipping address at checkout.
Can I change my order if it has not been shipped yet?
It all depends where we are at in the process of making your order. If you need to change your shipping address, shipping method, engraved message, or cancel your order - please contact us ASAP with your order ID as orders move quickly through our system and changes cannot be guaranteed.
What do I do if I have multiple products I want to engrave?
Wish we were mind readers, but since we’re not - if you have various styles of watches please indicate which engraving goes to which watch in the “Notes” section at checkout!
Can I return or exchange the engraved items?
Since we made the engraved products special for you, we would not be able to accept it as a return or an exchange.
Are Woodnery products under warranty?
Yes! We have 12 month warranty on our products and can help you out if you have any manufacture defects.
Am I responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging my product?
Yes, you would be responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to us but we’d be happy to pay for it to come back to you if you are doing an exchange.
Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
No, so sorry about that! Our system only allows one coupon for each order.
Where's my return?
Returns are usually processed within 4-7 business days after we receive your package and we will surely email you once your refund has been processed. Please keep track of your package using your tracking number in the meantime.
I did not get a confirmation email, what’s going on?
You will receive an order confirmation email right after your purchase. And you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information after 24-48 hours, if you do not receive them, feel free to contact us here and we will help you! Please also check your spam folder.
Can I use coupons on discount-priced items?
All our discount coupons cannot be combined any other sales. Please understand only one sale/discount is available for one purchase.
